    Good price. Good people and service. Location and pet facilities lacking.
    Erica was very helpful great staff support during the afternoon for a late check in.
    Pets are allowed but there is no dedicated area for taking pets to go bathroom. Area is too commercial for any short walks to accommodate this and is a little unsafe looking during the evening. Took note of office staff having to tell a man to get out of the dumpster and that he could not be inside dumpster diving on the property. She handled it very well and was polite and straightforward in her communication to the homeless man.

    The cleanest of the property and the inside of the hotel was very nice especially the rooms
    Breakfast was only sweets and an apple with juice and coffee

    Affordable.
    TV was broke. Only light-shielding curtain to it's either completely dark inside, or everyone outside can see right into your room. Not ideal for a 1st level room. Do not count on breakfast; it's non-existent.
