Good morning, 2 weeks ago I made a mistake on the days of the reservation for your hotel, I stayed on December 22, however I did not cancel the reservation on the 30th, which was a mistake, I would like to know if you can support me by returning my money Since if I have stayed with you I would appreciate your consideration to refund my charge, thank you for your attention

Disappointing

When arrived late to the hotel Around 1130pm, doors where locked so we rang the doorbell he looked at us and he continued to act busy, we stood out in the cold for about 5 minutes when he finally got up to open the door because my husband knocked on the door glass! he was very rude. He was a big bald man!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a flexible checkout policy.

The ladies that checked me in were super friendly and helpful. They helped me figure our my checkout time based on when I was going to finish my race so I didn't have to drag all my stuff out at 5am. It really helped me feel less stressed. Unfortunately I was leaving for my race before breakfast started so I didn't get to partake in that.

The gentleman that was manning the front desk when I was leaving for the race was a little grumpy and wasn't friendly - almost seemed like it was too early for him to be up and awake. The meal selections for dinner were slim but did taste good. There isn't a place (that I saw) that you could walk to get food.

Very good breakfast, which was a surprise. Hotel's facilities not modernized. Between airport and city. Not close enough to either.

Really tired from a long day looking forward to rest and show up to the hotel to find out I didn't have a room available because Hyatt over booked my stay and I was sent to a other Hotel.
