    It was a nice place to stay, no real negatives
    We didn't get to eat breakfast, but the place was nice. We only stayed to go early to the airport.
    I think the front desk could have been more friendly.

    I would definitely stay here again.
    I have stayed here twice because it is close to the Pearson Vue testing center. I mostly love their pillows! They have hot breakfast and the facility is clean and always smells good. There was a younger Hispanic man at the front desk who helped me both times Ive stayed here and hes always super nice and professional. Staying here as a young single female I feel comfortable in the hallways. Ive stayed other places in El Paso that were kind of sketchy and I like that they have indoor hallways and good lighting in the parking lot. Their website says the deposit hold fee is $100 but I was only charged $50. Theyre always good about returning my fee.

    My first room a few years ago was pretty nice. My room this time had some issues like broken tile, holes in the walls, my sink drained so slow that it would fill up while I was using it. It wasnt closed or anything. The shower rod was falling down. This meant that the shower curtain wouldnt close right and water was all over the floor every time I took a shower. I did find someone elses hair in my bed, looked like a beard hair lets hope. Not a huge deal for me but it would probably gross some people out.
