    There is No Prayer Qibla direction and no Shuttle service also the Rate is higher than nearby hotels

    Italian restaurant, Waleed, Frechel & Roxan were excellent as were the girls in the massage area. All staff and facilities excellent.

    Excellent facilities and premium experience
    Everything we wanted and needed was provided. Restaurants on site were great and breakfast was extensive. Loved relaxing by the pool and using the spa facilities. Staff were very helpful throughout the hotel.
    The security as you enter with a car are not very welcoming and it feels a bit hostile before you make it into the gates. I realise this is meant to me more serious, but it sets a bad tone.

    A wonderful five star hotel in the heart of Amman.
    The hotel has everything you could want and is incredibly well designed and well kept. The rooms are quite large and the beds are wonderful. The staff is excellent and were always able and willing to help us. There are plenty of food options at the hotel and the breakfast is superb.
    Just note that the indoor pool as part of the spa is not available for children. So if you go when it is cooler outside, any children will have to use the outdoor pool (which can be heated).

    Very nice and welcoming staff. Nice bar and caffeteria. I enjoyed the hotel.
    The breakfast was a little poor. The sheets needed cleaning.
