The rooms were excellent. The beach is nice but we didn't get to spend much time there as it was raining. I asked for the toilet mixer to be changed and it was done instantly. The staff are amazing. I would only recommend to ask for a room in the new renovated section on the right of the lobby rather than the left.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was exactly how it looked in the photos, our pool was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The Christmas party was so much fun and the hotel was decorated beautifully. On a really practical note the location was great for getting to other places on the island and the buffet breakfast was incredible. Obviously we would go back in a heartbeat.
The food at the Crab Shack was a little under whelming, but there were plenty of other restaurants to pick from.

Disappointing and made feel an inconvenience rather than a guest.
Set close to beach and style in line with location . Breakfast location and offering was good.
Lack of food availability for residents.
Broken and defective tiles and assets needing repair.
Mistakes in bill at end, basic admin errors when billed for items not used. (Transfer from airport)
Lack of a manager at the premises when requested.
Only contacted after inputting a review score of 1.

i would love to stay in anantara for my next visit. I just hope that the beach is better cleaned.
i loved the staff, the accommodation and the spa was exceptional
The beach was clean but the sea was very dirty and we could not swim in in comfortably.

Paradise Found.
Our stay was exceptionably well. What mattered was the little things like they gave us cold towels while we were lying on the beach beds + Served us fruit sticks the next day + the free kayak facility + the bedtime stories card on the night bed + evening housekeeping service which was a boon. Overall the property is well kept, green and maintained. The beach is rocky and has little stones all over. We loved the kayak experience. A great stay. Loves it.
Indian breakfast could have been better with more options.

It is worth it every penny
Honestly, everything. The location and facilities were amazing, living up the hype, the food (breakfast especially) was delicious and so fresh, and the services and the cleaning were exceptional. But especially mention to the staff (and Aliss in particular) because they made our stay really really especial, helping us with anything, making us feel welcome and taking care of our little one. Looking forward to be back some day.
