Great location

The hotel was clean and modern. All Stuff were super friendly.

The only issue they didnt have jacuzzi, only the swimming pool on the rooftop.

Disappointing

Street noise loud allllllll night

Clean, good location, friendly staff

The property is in the Gaslight district which means party on the streets on the weekend. We arrived with a group of people. All with children. We were sadly the only ones who were put on the 2nd floor on the street side. Everyone else was put on the opposite side and higher up so they could actually sleep at night. I would think when checking in, the hotel would that in consideration but I guess they do not. Thankfully we were there for only one night so it was a lesson learned.

The room was overall disappointing.

The staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. Good location.

The bathroom was the worst! It had a glass wall so you were in danger of walking right through it to the bed. Plus you could see whatever the occupant was doing inside. There was nothing comfortable to sit on. Just the bed. The only mirror was over the sink in the bathroom. And the room was small. They only had valet parking at $60 a night. We parked around the corner for $15.

Poor Service, Poor cleanliness Great Location

The location was excellent for nightlife, the hotel rooftop was also good fun with a swimming more like a paddling pool and a great atmosphere. Good nights sleep.

The service was very poor, wife and I spent 7 nights / 8 days there, not once did we get a full housekeeping of the room, when we arrived reception explained thay have a eco policy not changing the sheets or towels every day - every 3 days. Which we agreed too with reassurance that if we needed anything they would do. The room was cleanish, not much hanging or draw space. After 2 nights I asked if the room could get a service due to bins overflowing, sheets were soiled with sweat , Reception refused and we made a compromise to empty bins and it would get a service the next day. On the next day after seeing the cleaner on our floor for 4 hours I asked if she could do our room. Our room never got hoovered, sink, shower cleaned, restocked complementary treats. I had to ask for towels to be swapped- there wasnt one thing they did without me asking. The tea, coffee and hit milk was nothing special I did highlight my dissatisfaction over it all. We waited a long time to be served at the rooftop and in the end we would go to bar and get served. Overall with the little things on top of each other Ill give this hotel a miss.
