    Good location.
    The hotel is situated in a diplomatic area and is therefore quiet at night and at weekends. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance as are shops. The hotel is a modern design clean and bright. There is a small cafe less than 5 minutes away that has a bakery and a few supermarket type essentials.
    Our room key card did not work, after two visits to reception without success we were given an upgrade which was very nice. It had a wardrobe ! which you do not have in a standard room. The cost of breakfast ( 24 euros ) is unreasonable for a tourist.

    Good location, but rooms need upgrade.
    Good location.
    The heating lamp in the bathroom was broken, so it was heating all the time. The Water in the shower was going From cold to warm when showering. The staff in the reception could not speak sufficiently english, so it was hard to communicate our problems. The screen casting to tv was not working, and according to staff never works Bed linnen had holes and bed frame very torn by time.

    This is a lovely hotel in a great quiet location. The hotel is in walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.
    There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. They have 3 great saunas but a limited gym.

    We booked this hotel very late and arrived the same day, the room rate was very reasonable compared to other cities in Germany. We had a nice park view, the walls and floors were very sturdy and the room felt safe and quiet.
    Breakfast was quite expensive so we opted out of it. The hotel is also in a fairly boring area (lots of consulates around) however it is only a short walk to nearby attractions.
