Good option close to Newmarket

Well located for our needs, 10 minutes walk to Newmarket, big enough for three, food and cafe nearby, arranged an early check-in which was appreciated after a long flight.

Car parking was a bit tight but mostly due to the oversized vehicles people seem to drive these days.

The wifi basically didn't work and there was pretty much no cell phone coverage in the unit. So very disappointing considering I had stuff I needed to do online

The stay was fine and suited our needs. It would have been nicer if it didnt smell damp and the bathroom was much clean

Location - nice and close to where we needed to go for our appointment

The bathroom was quite dated and felt dirty. There was small spots of mould in different places and bits of hair (not ours) on the ground. The place smelt damp possibly due to no ventilation in the bathroom (the window needed to be opened when showering).

i booked a room and let them know i was bringing a pet, on arrival at 7.30pm i was put in a room on 2nd floor as they had booked out ground floors with patios area so doggie could get out, i booked this 8 days in advance, it got to the point they were gonna refund me but with no room, at 730 in the evening and leave me with no accommodation, then they wanted to charge $20 extra for the dog which isnt mentioned on the website which i refused to pay, i had to go out walking late at night just for my dog to go toilet instead of opening a door to go in a enclosed area, very safe NOT, the shower head didnt sit in the holder properly so the water squirted up against the cubicle and not on myself, the heat pump was very noisy so i turned it off, for $170 definately not worth it

Lovely stay

I liked the location - was approx 6 minutes from the supermarket & have shopping close by. The room was clean, warm & beds were comfortable. The bathroom was an excellent size & shower stall plenty large enough. We were attending a cat show & finding a hotel prepared to allow our cats to stay for a reasonable cost was excellent

The parking was a little tight especially since another guest parked across the bays which made getting our SUV into the adjacent space extremely tricky
