    The room was large and clean. The location is ideal, with easy access, for this part of Auckland.
    The place is a bit dated but looks like they are renovating the rooms.

    Location and first apartment we went into. They put us in another room when we stayed the 2nd time and wasn't very nice.
    15$ to do washing. Not enough towels but kept our privacy so that was a good thing I suppose

    We came to Auckland for a short 3 days and this hotel was good for that. Unfortunately no one told us there was construc
    The property was clean, well stocked and cleaned each day. It was fine for our short stay.
    Not very child friendly. The stair railings were falling apart and my 1 year old held them to get down the stairs. A high chair also would have been great!

    Comfortable, but not a good place for an elderly couple to stay in.
    Room was large with excellent facilities
    Shower floor was old and slippery. Steps up to the unit did not have a safe handrail and were badly constructed.

    Very clean and spacious rooms. Some decor has been refreshed and some is still to be done. I know refurbishments are underway.
