Good location and price. It also had good facilities for a family lodging in a guest house. PIN Code door opening.
No provision for house cleaning during our 3-night stay.
No cot or extra bed provided for a 1.5 year old baby.
Room needs bigger heating radiator especially in Winter.
House contact officer needs to improve on customer care service.

Great location and very a reasonable price. Only a couple of nitpick and everything else was fine.
The room wasn't properly cleaned in the corners and the top of the wardrobe was covered in dust. The bathroom also lacked any working fan or ventilation.

Room was clean tidy and plenty of space . Location was great have been here many times and had a fab stay .
Bed were very comfortable and room nice temperature
Was just the same as the booking and host always on hand to offer help.
No washing up cloth or tea towel when we had a little kitchen so had to dry on the side.
The neighbours who were above us the first night 5 adults in the room above were running in the accommodation and heavy footed laughing drinking and having fun was gping on till 130-145 am when I had to knock there.door and asked the. To keep the noise down as we had gone to bed at 9 and was still awake at 2am me and my son had an unsettled night. They did be quiet but at 7am they started banging around again and woke us up.

The room @ facilities were excellent @ a lovely view overlooking the river @ city behind.
Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour who decided to play loud music and sing at 200 am.This the first time I've had problems like this having stayed there on many occasions.He must of had learning difficulties or a bad attitude.

Kettle was missing on arrival. But was replaced immediately by friendly staff member.
Problem with getting radiator to on day of leaving.
