    Fabulous budget accommodation
    Great location, close to Sophia Gardens coach station & a short walk to the city. Room was clean, Great en-suite with shower. Tea & coffee facilities in room & downstairs. Bed was comfortable. Staff were great- welcoming, helpful & friendly. Added bonus of the Riverside Market on the Sunday morning!!
    No free parking, but I did know about this before booking, hence not travelling by car.

    Location was perfect for us ! 5/10 minute walk to everywhere we needed to be !

    I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
    Loved the bed and also the staff
    The walls are super thin, the size of the room was shocking. Could hear random sounds in the night which affected our sleep. The only positive was the quality of the bed. Everything else was poor.

    Okay for short stays only!
    Although location was not well connected to local buses but it was a 10 minutes walk to city center.
    - The toilet is literally squashed under the sink, you'd have to sit perpendicular on the toilet seat as your left knee would never fit in the 10cm long space under the sink (photo attached). - Rooms were not fully tested before they accomodate people, faucet was dispensing boiling hot water (shower too until I learned its complicated technique). - They would shower your email inbox with emails once you complete your booking yet not once answer an email sent to them or make necessary arrangements upon simple prebooked requests for a king bed instead of two twins for example!

    Pleasant stay at hotel spoilt by heating problem.
    Very clean room.Close to railway station and city centre.Both short walk away.
    Unfortunately the morning of our departure the heating in room had not come on.The room which was at the top of the building was really cold.Could not understand this as room was warm when we booked in.No heating from 7.30 until we checked out.

    They have a microwave which anybody can use, came in very very handy!
    Its a bit of walk from the center. Would have been better if it was near city center.

    Lovely cozy and convenient
    Its good location and easy to go for sightseeing. The room is warm and there are tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate.
    Basin doesnt have hot water.
