Razor thin walls - I got No rest due to noise from people walking upstairs, children playing in a room down the hall, and someone banging on something at 1 am in the morning. The airplanes sound as if theyre flying in your room. The next day I was tired due to lack of restWho decided not to use any sound barriers for the rooms?
Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk staff sits and works at the front desk who do not appear to be front desk staff they play with their phone while ignoring your presence or need for assistance.
The room was very smallThere was a refrigerator in the room, but, no microwave there is a community microwave on the first floor which is available for everyone to use. There is also one ice machine with multiple ice buckets which is also on the first floor for the entire hotel to use my concerns with this is sanitation buckets can be returned to this area by guests without any visible inspections.
The breakfast staff was nice, but, the eggs are unknown and taste terrible breakfast does have a variety of cold packaged and unpackaged food (cereal, muffins, etc) I think it is unsanitary to just let people use their hands to get muffins, bagels etc. There were no tongs available to assist guests with getting items like this; therefore, I saw guests touching other food while retrieving their food.
It appears that someone invested as little as possible to get more than what the place is worth. Although cute, it appears that this place is going to look run down soon with the inferior quality products used here. I have included a photo of one of the elevator floors that has a loose board.
