I didn't like these Hilton concept that we pay amenities like wifi! Parking, towels extra fees.

Staff at the Breezy and Pool bar were awesome!

Front desk girls were poorly prepared and unprofessional.

Despite the weather not being as sunny as hoped had a relaxed comfortable time

Fire pit was only on one night Lobby lounge didnt have a fireplace or much seating together for mingling and chatting It was sectioned off here and there Having to pay for the beach umbrella other hotels dont charge for that

Would not recommend if you need handicap accessibility

Beautiful resort although very sketchy area to walk through at night

Prices for parking very high weren't even able to get handicap accessible parking After paying. Staff was not friendly at all and our room was not worth the money.

We had a nice stay at Bahia Mar, less annoyances could have made the stay better.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and prompt to check us in, the chocolate chips cookies were delicious! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the main lobby was kept clean and always smelled amazing. The main lobby bartenders were also so friendly and great with service! The rooftop pool had a really nice vibe, great live music and little games like ping pong and a pool table, we really enjoyed that.

In the room, the water heater must have been off or malfunctioning because the water would not stay at a constant hot temperature, it kept fluctuating from hot to cold which was annoying while trying to enjoy a shower. We decided to drive our car and do self parking- the parking gate was completely messed up and didn't work when we wanted to take our car out! It was a confusing system and we had to get Valet to manually open the gate for us twice when we wanted to drive to a nearby area. Also, RUDEST thing while we were there.... on our floor people kept slamming their door shut which made a LOUD jarring noise. People continued to do this at 6, 7, 8 AM and it woke me up out of my sleep!! It seemed like people had no regard for others who might be asleep by just letting the doors slam shut. Not sure if it was guests or workers. The room service took longer than expected after the second day to come clean the room. We had to call and ask them to send somebody twice. Lastly, the "balcony" view was EXTREMELY misleading. These rooms literally had the tiniest balcony that you can barely step out on, couldn't even put a chair or sit down. That was very disappointing when you pay for a room specifically to have a balcony.

The property was close to the beach with walkway access across the main road to the beach. Accepted pets

Complained about noise from my dogs at 10pm on a Friday night after being a pet friendly hotel. The elevator smelled like mildew and parking was not free. Self parking cost $48 a day with no discount for hotel guests.

It was pleasant, but for the cost and the resort fee included would expect a bit more.

The location was good and convenient as my event was held there.

The price was a bit high also invoice was confusing. I asked to split the cost 50-50 with my friend and not sure that actually happened. Still need to figure that out.
