DISSAPOINTING. I'LL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT THIS PLACE.
I didn't like a thing.
When we were about to go to sleep and we checked the beds the sheets were dirty, they didn't change the sheets and pillowcases so I called to the reception and ask for clean sheets and they brought just one sheet per bed and no clean pillowcases and we had to made the beds. When you travel all day long, at night, you just want and PAY for a CLEAN BED and they didn't do what they supposed to do.
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I DONT RECOMMENDED.

Mold on bathroom ceiling, tv was not working, outlet for lamp didn't work, only a few towels for 5 people provided, toilet paper holder was falling off, room was very dirty, & one of representatives was not helpful and was a bit vulgar. There was a lot of drugs left around the outside of the premises.

Reasonable accommodation onveniently located to ABQ airport.
The shuttle van to the airport makes this a convenient location when trying to get to an early morning flight at ABQ.
The front dest staff person on duty was anxious and stressed out, and not a helpful presence when we were there. Also, the van driver was sullen and uncommunicative, though on other stays at this property we've been impressed by the friendliness of other van drivers and motel staff people.

bed bug and terrible attitude from the front office manager
Nice front desk staff and shuttle service
Woke up to find three bites on my left arm and a live bed bug near my pillow. I promptly reported the issue at the front desk. While the front desk staff was polite, their ability to address the problem was limited. In contrast, the front office manager displayed an unpleasant attitude. He claimed that the room had been inspected by the pest control team just two days ago, and no bed bugs were found. Disregarding my video evidence of the bug, he confidently stated that the room was completely free of bed bugs. Ironically, the recent pest control inspection was prompted by a previous guest reporting bed bug bites in the same room. The front office manager consistently interrupted me, ignored my video evidence and the bites, and challenged my identification of the bed bug, dismissing my concerns. They insisted that no action could be taken. This passive and insufficient response was highly frustrating. Additionally, I observed the presence of hair on pillows and bedding, and even found an eyelash on one of the pillows. Personally, I am not overly bothered by such occurrences as they can happen in many hotels. However, in light of the bed bug incident and the unsatisfactory attitude of the front desk manager, I feel it's important to also mention the poor cleanliness of the bedding.

Very reasonable accommodation located just three minutes from the Albuquerque airport.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the Albuquerque airport, and the free van shuttle runs every half hour.
There is no elevator in the motel.

First and last time staying. Communication is Terrible!
The room was fine.
The fact that they don't disclose they will charge your room at 2pm before you check in, even if you choose to pay at check in, and if that card declines then they will cancel your reservation as a whole. We were traveling 8 hours, in and out of service. I sent a message saying we would be there not to cancel our room, they responded 7 days later. Great customer service..not. We spoke with the same representative so it's not like information got misconstrued, it was failed all together.
