Front receptionist at check-in made errors and wasnt friendly seem to be bothered with us, check out reception same thing there were errors couldnt explain them and acted like she didnt care to resolve them!!!!!

Poor experience with free breakfast not being free issue

Dog friendly

Booked three two queens room with breakfast included. However, only one coupon is included per room for breakfast just because when the room being reserved, adult name was not added. Ridiculous policy, breakfast fee is a rip off!

Outdoor settings like pool and water features were nice and well maintained. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, breakfast was good.

The receptionist for check out was icy and charged a lot more than I had to pay according to my Booking reservation. After emailing with the manager I got a refund. Another problem for me was that the room wasn't equipped as luxuriously as Booking's AI generated description promised (Booking's fault!)

Wish it had a beach view but other than that it was great! Sevys needs more local-friendly pricing for happy hours.

The landscaping is very nice

Some people would drive though a little to fast. And our room did not have a microwave.

Rooms were great but restaurant is awful.

The rooms were very nice and clean

We were told breakfast was included when booking but upon arrival were only given 4 tokens for breakfast when we had 5 in our family. Breakfast was awful, as soon as the waiter saw we had the free breakfast token the customer service was nonexistent and the food came out burnt.
