    Stay wasnt good at all, unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. Hotel was not clean and no amenities.
    Hotel location was good.
    Staff were unfriendly at all starting from the reception (Mohamed) in the reception was not welcoming at all with , staff are unprofessional untrained and not welcoming including the waiters in restaurants, beach men and housekeeping they had very bad behavior and replies on a very bad attitude. In order to ask anything from the reception by phone they have to transfer you to at least 3 persons to get what you need even without mentioning that they will transfer you to the dedicated person or department. No amenities was not in room at all not even tissue

    Poor check in no room till 14-30 1 key for 3 people 2 chairs on balcony for 3 people. Drinks are terrible 5 star lager the cheapest lager in Egypt and fodd very hit and the breakfast is shocking needs updating badly.

    The staff is nice, smiley and helpful all the time. The resort is clean and has the needed facilities.
    If they could offer a pet boarding area for those who cant be away from their pets for a long time.

    For us, Elphistone is the best hotel in Marsa Alam
    For us, Elphistone is the best hotel in Marsa Alam: everything about it is perfect - well-trained, friendly staff, well-groomed green areas, cozy cafes with music during the day and in the evenings, comfortable spacious rooms and - of course! - the best dive club Monkey Divers, Our favorite for many years now. The chef of the hotel restaurant deserves special praise and encouragement: the variety and quality of all dishes, table setting and themed dinners will be difficult to beat! Every time we come back here its like home, and every time were sad to leave. Thank you to everyone who works at Elphistone all year round, you make magic!
