    Great location
    The location was great for what we wanted as had an event at ascot. Owner met us and was very chatty, showed us around the room.
    Requested 3pm check in as per most hotels in the UK but was informed checkin was 16:30 unless we paid 10 extra. This put me off from staying again if I needed and earlier checkin

    Quirky but good
    Slightly quirky but lovely guest house with very helpful hosts and good sized room and good facilities. Charging facility for EV which was extremely convenient and reasonably priced.

    A very comfortable stay and close proximity to Ascot
    The close proximity to Ascot (10 minute drive)and a very comfortable bed
    The restaurant and pub that was advertised as being in walking distance to Bluebell House was closed and boarded up. We did however find a lovely pub down the road (The Rose And Crown) but I wouldnt have walked along the road at night so we had to get a Uber. Maybe suggest this is updated.

    Beautiful and Cute
    Excellent location for Ascot Races. Gorgeous olde worlde room with beautiful view of the garden. Amazing comfy bed with lovely linen. Wouldnt hesitate to book here again. Loved it!

    I dont like to give negative reviews , but it could have been a lot better , with a little effort !
    Its proximity to Ascot Racecourse The entry system. It was basic and mostly clean . It served its purpose for our two night stay!
    Not a very good shower at all ! Need a new shower head !! Not enough water in the system to have a hot bath ! 100mm of water lukewarm at best ! A dead spider in the bed and a dried blood stain on the bed sheet ! I wasnt impressed with the condition of the ceiling , cracks everywhere !

    I like soo much this place... Room: Mattress confortable, bedclothes clean and new, very good view of my garden room, you have everything you need , frigobar ,toaster, kettle , iron , hair drier, bathroom set free very high quality, wifi good ...Have 2 pubs around 10 minutes by feet from the house...
    Unfortunately is far from the city, if you dont have a car you will need taxi all the times to go out...Taxi price to windsor normaly 16 pounds...Its not possible to go by foot to the city, because the streets have a hard traffic all day and dont have sidewalk its soo dangerous to walk in the nigth , is very dark .,,
