The location was good and the size of the apartment

Car park lights on all night shining into our bedrooms Noisy backpackers accomodation next door, yelling out heaps at night- stopped when security told them off

Nice apartment but not well serviced

Located in central spot, easy access to all in the city

A balcony with no outside chairs! Dirty microwave with burnt on food that smoked when used! Cleaning and serviced only if stay is 5 days. Ours was 4! Very small kitchen bin for self catering kitchen!

Thanks Boulcott Suites for the pleasant stay

location within walking distance to city center spacious rooms with two bathrooms. all bedrooms are upstairs, whereas the kitchen, dining room, & living rooms downstairs

we arrived the day after xmas, so no reception staff available as it was still holiday. at the beginning, it was confusing to check in and find our room at the beginning because there is two building but later it was fine. don't forget to reserve your parking spot before arrival to receive your card to the parking area (it's a paid parking anyway). otherwise if you arrived when the reception staff is unavailable, you need to park on the street

Perfect for our stay. Good location and clean room.

Location. Great to have cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. Car park facilities were excellent / good size car parks.

Having to go from one building to the other to access car parking. We only had one small couch when our friends who were staying at the same time had two couches! Bed is quite small - NOT king size.

Very pleasant stay in townhouse. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

Very central location, easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Pillow upgrade was a good idea. Would be happy to stay again. Highly recommend it.

A perfect place to stay in Wellington for a very reasonable price.

Very accommodating staff, everything worked well, security was excellent, location downtown next to a beautiful church was perfect, price was very good. Bathroom amenities were the best!
