Although the pool was closed during the reviewer's stay, the well-equipped gym and great buffet breakfast made up for it. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the club facilities are excellent.

The staff were amazing, especially those at the Concierge desk. Special acknowledgement to the concierge working the night shift on 27 December. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our room when our Daughter was sick. All staff take immense pride in their work and maintain a high standard for IHG.
Chromecast in room 501 wasn't working but not a major issue so didn't raise it.

Central location and incredibly lovely staff! Everyone was so friendly, accomodating, and engaging. We had a lovely time. The food both at GPO and room service was superb. Absolutely delicious! Coffee was super yummy (from Melbourne) so appreciative of a nice cuppa and the valet parking and concierge team was a blessing for two old ladies like us

The staff were good the drinks in the bar were very good.
I would have like to be told that some of the facilities were not going to be available when my booking was made as this may have changed my mind in staying.
