    The room was in perfect condition and very quiet, while being located near the center of the city, with easy parking on the street (at least for the night).
    One of the reason for the quietness of the room is it has only a tiny window, with no view.

    Fabulous boutique hotel - great staff and amazing breakfast!
    We had an amazing 2 night stay in October as part of our honeymoon. We stayed in one of the suites which was fabulous - spacious and very well equipped. The location was great, the staff were brilliant (especially Szandra who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful) and the breakfast was delicious.

    Highly recommend! Perfect hotel and conveniently located
    Lovely rooms, friendly staff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, nice little touches in the bathroom. Welcome drink on arrival which you dont get in many places now! Would highly recommend staying here, its a stones throw from Courtenay Place - Napoli is a good spot for pizzas!

    Nostalgic weekend.
    Location was good. Very clean and lovely staff. Complementary glass of wine was a nice touch.
    Hot water was not hot. Had to boil jug three times to put into the bath to make it hot enough and boil jug so my husband could shave. We have just stayed at another Auckland property and thought they had turned hot water down as well but there was a problem so maybe we should have mentioned this as it needs to be checked.

    Staff were all fabulous.. had a mix up with the rooms and they sorted it prior to arrival. The breakfasts were fabulous and freshly cooked. Location spot on for exploring the city Rooms very spacious and clean with everything you needed and we were treated to a grazing board to enjoy with a bottle of bubbles in our room.. perfect
    Parking is available on street 8am to 8pm but outside this time you need to move /feed meter or park further afield in a car park.. but it is in a city centre after all.

    Tiny hotel with large rooms!
    Szandra made our stay perfect. She was always pleasant, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was great!! We were worried about the lack of parking but found parking several blocks away for only ~20 NZD for the day.
    Parking is an issue, which we solved.
