    Nice location
    The room was supposed to be quiet but there is a club or a bar next to the hotel. The room was very noisy with a loud bass sound until 2pm. It was very difficult to sleep.

    Beautiful location with historic charm. Highly recommend for 1st time visitors and local tourism
    Excellent location, rooms were a balance of historical charm with modern touches, within beautifully maintained and decorated building and easy walk to museums, coffee, and dining. Ease of parking was a huge plus as well. Front staff was professional and friendly.
    Lost water for a little bit but happened early morning and was back on by the time we were up and ready for the day.

    Everything went well. But I feel like it was a bit pricey.
    Perfect Location and the historic aesthetics.
    No elevator.

    The hotel looks amazing and is very central in Ponce! The front desk ladies are very friendly and I was allowed to check-in earlier. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels I stayed in in Puerto Rico and came with 5 pillows! Also the room was very big.

    No elevator, but this is understandable in a historic building.
