    The location is close to train station and restaurants, the hotel interior finishes are high quality. Beautiful water and mountain views, very comfortable to stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly reccommend.
    Great location and fab views and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also good.
    The only thing was the beds. Be better if it was a double bed rather than singles together. I understand why as the beds were portable on metals frames. But it wasnt a problem. We still managed a good nights sleep.

    The view from balcony only was worth it, everything else poor.

    Paper thin walls, can hear next room. Room temperature cold. Got no sleep from uncomfortable beds, thin flat wafer terrible pillows, room amenities not stocked daily, vacuuming not daily. Staff not friendly and long stays dont get discounted breakfast deals or offers. Hotel run down, next door maintenance and in foyer of rooms woke us up daily.

    Amazing recommend it!! Amazing staff!!!
    This hotel was amazing. Beautiful location. Stayed in the garden view room but still had a how of the mountains and river. The staff was very kind. We were welcomed right away. Breakfast was delicious.
    The only thing I can say is that the pillows where uncomfortable and the floors in the second bedroom were loud but besides that I wouldnt have changed my decision.

    Very clean and comfortable, convenient to the center of Interlaken and the major attractions there. The view from our balcony was very impressive. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom and plenty of room to move around, especially for a European hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff gave us a discount after a large group picked over the food offerings, which was much appreciated.
    No major complaints about the hotel itself. Just know that they do book in large tour groups that will overwhelm public spaces and breakfast.
