it was overall a pleasant experience with just a slight drawback that can be improved
The hotel offered a comfortable and a clean room that exceeded my expectations. The highlight was undoubtedly the exceptionally comfortable bed .
The hotel's location was truly remarkable, perfectly situated in a picturesque setting.
It allowed easy access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
there were a few aspects that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. One notable drawback was a nearby church, whose bell chimed every 15 minutes, even past midnight. Unfortunately, this constant noise made it challenging to sleep with the windows open .
Furthermore, I encountered some issues with certain members of the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Their behavior was a bit off-putting and could use improvement in terms of professionalism and hospitality .

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel! Our room was beautiful - large, well appointed and very nice bathroom. The breakfast was delicious! Excellent location - can walk from the train station, and short walk to the main streets of Interlaken. Hotel is excellent value for money.

Comfortable Stay at Hotel Interlaken
We had a comfortable stay for 3 nights in the Family Room which could sleep 4 people as it comes with 4 beds. It was clean. The hotel is also conveniently located. We travelled by train from Zurich to Interlaken and the walk from the train station to the hotel is around 7 minutes. There are also restaurants around the hotel.
We enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning as well.
