Lovely location with ample parking and lovely grounds.

Location is excellent right by the Wrekin. Breakfast is everything you need, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, muffins as well as fruit juices and a full English buffet breakfast, tea and coffee.

Key cards kept deactivating themselves so had to keep returning to reception to have them re-done. Not a massive selection of beers or whiskies in the bar. A few of the male staff members were heard to be using foul language in the bar. Dcor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

Disappointed, wont stay again

Breakfast on the first day cooked to order, parking , staff very friendly and helpful, two seats in the room to sit on

Wi-Fi was non existent because it didnt work , if Id known I wouldnt have booked in the first place. Room wasnt serviced on the second day , no lighting in the entrance to the room , couldnt see in the wardrobe , shower temperature poor , breakfast on the second day some items cold

Enjoyable but cut backs (as everywhere) were noticeable.

We have stayed here many times. Beautiful building. Quiet and a great location. Breakfast made to order which is a great bonus.

The evening meal was nowhere near as good quality as in the past. The chef and staff were very attentive but no bar snacks offered anymore and the chips were frozen. They used to be home cooked and gorgeous.
