Very good

Style and vibe.

Bartender upstairs was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. We had planned to have drinks/dinner up there but chose to go elsewhere because of his attitude. Other staff was very friendly and kind!

A very overpriced and underwhelming experience. I wouldve been happier somewhere else.

The lobby decor was cute. Room decor was a cute vibe but the rug upon entering was worn down, shower leaked, and was very underwhelming. Bed was uncomfortable. Rooftop pool was cute but water was cold and pool size extremely small.

Rooftop pool was cold, shower leaked, bed was uncomfortable, rug upon entering room was tattered and should have been replaced. Very overpriced and I left a night early! Couldnt get a refund for the additional night, but I wanted to be somewhere more comfortable and literally checked out early. This was my birthday trip and I was disappointed with the entire hotel experience.

Very good

The property was nice with a factory redo look to it. It was close to the Dallas Convention Center. The staff were nice and the bar had a good section of cocktails both on the ground floor and the roof top.

Though the room was nice, it felt like a bare bones rental unit. Not much trim and at times seemed unfinished. The floor in the room was concrete and can feel a bit cold. The hotel sits nexts to a hiphop club and the noise level is a bit loud at night.

Super sweet stay. Adorable hotel in a great location.

Location was perfect, just a block away from the music venue we were going to. The staff was really friendly and the room was adorable and clean. Mattress was the best hotel mattress I've ever slept on, and despite being in the city (and my room being below the rooftop bar) noise wasn't an issue at all. Lots of food and a great coffee shop within walking distance, and didn't feel unsafe walking back to the hotel at night. Worked from my hotel room the next day and wifi was solid.

Having the wifi password printed on one of the info cards in the room would be great. I didn't see the front desk person had written it on the sleeve that holds the room keys at check in, and ended up asking the front desk later anyway (and of course they were super nice and gave it to me again no problem)

I enjoyed staying at this hotel!

My room was quite spacious, clean, and filled with plenty of natural light.

The hotel is stylish, and I love the decor and spacious rooms. The staff is very nice. I was unwell on the day I needed to check out, and my flight was delayed, so they allowed me to stay an extra hour. I truly appreciate their kindness.
