Location was fabulous and views from red air ant and bar were stunning.

We had a room with view of the pool which was disappointing as the extractor from this was noisy and continuous day and night.

Golf resort

Middle sized resort style accommodation, with golf at its focus. Good restaurant facilities with cafe style bar as well as formal dining. Lovely outlook across golf course towards mountains and lakes.

Room had no air conditioning and the price was very high for the accommodation located well away from city centre.

Myself and my partner were really looking forward to this stay, a well needed trip after a very stressful time. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff were so friendly. We checked into our room that we paid over 200 for one night, and the room was not like the pictures at all. Very dirty, stuffy, very old fashioned room, X5 large spiders embedded in cobwebs. We were unable to open the window due to the vines outside, there were 2 further spiders on the outside of the window. We asked the main reception to change our room which they did, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The second room was the exact same. Very old fashioned room, dirty carpets, brown water in the kettle, rust all over the bathroom. Again x4 large spiders embedded in cobwebs. We moved the bed to find a further large spider behind the bed. The hotel cannot be blamed for spiders as this is nature, however the cobwebs that were there had obviously been there for a while. The rooms werent clean at all. Definitely not worthy of 200 a night! Myself and my partner were both very upset and disappointed with this hotel.
