Friendly and efficient staff, very well kept rooms; and convenient location

Our adult son joined us for the last three nights. The hotel was able to switch us to a junior suite with a sliding door. Just right. The breakfast was everything one could wish for, well worth $18.

I would highly recommend the hotel

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is in a very good location for the Guggenheim and major shopping.

Very good hotel, prime location, good value for money and great staff

Friendly and helpful staff who helped when I did not have warm water in the shower. Breakfast is great : lot of choice and good quality. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well equipped.

The "pool" on the top floor is very small and the pictures on Booking can be misleading. The acoustic insulation with other rooms is not optimal.
