    very enjoyable and comfortable
    The location was fantastic, very central and we were able to walk everywhere, the room was spacious as was the bathroom, lovely toiletries and a GHD hairdryer and big fluffy towels. Roof top bar had great views across the city but was a bit pricey compared to the bars outside the hotel, would recommend for a city break and Bilbao was just a fabulous city.

    Best place to stay in Bilbao!
    We love this hotel, best location and best stuff. The food is amazing! Great beds, big rooms, the staff is so fantastic, we feel really spoiled!
    Maybe it was a bit too warm in the general areas.

    Sold as dog friendly but you cant take dogs into any bar or restaurant. So difficult when you dont want to leave your dog in the room and want to eat. Not acceptable to be honest.

    Great location, comfortable stay.
    Great location, close to many bars and pubs and restaurants, and easily accessible from the airport and via public transport. It was easy to walk around several areas of Bilbao straight from the hotel, or hop on the metro/bus to go a littler further. Our room was spacious, clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower large (with a bidet) and lots of toiletries.
    The fridge was full of minibar items, so we couldn't use it to store our own water or yogurts. Other than this, it was really an excellent hotel.

    Excellent location, large rooms with very comfortable beds. Extra door between room and corridor to main hallway, to keep the noise out. Breakfast buffet offers a very wide choice and is of good quality.
    The breakfast room was quite noisy. Elevators are slow. And the HVAC in the room was difficult to switch off. It made too much noise (for me) to sleep. Time for some refurbishments here and there.

    I would go back.
    The location is very convenient, within a walking distance to the main touristic sights, train and subway station and also from were the bus from the airport will drop you off. Staff was really kind and helpful - customer service at its best. Kudos to Jon, Paula, the other lady at the concierge (apologies for not getting your name), the bellboy and the cafeteria staff. You made it a difference during our stay. And room is spacious and bed is comfortable. And the decoration of the hotel is of very good taste - I should notice that.
    I cannot think of anything.
