    Suggest this resort to families not couples. Very attentative staff once you are there, gard to contact prior.
    Once we arrived the staff and service were wonderful. The rooms were serviced well and things were good quality. My partner was unwell during his stay and they arranged a doctor who was very knowledgeable to come to the hotel which was above our expectations and was very appreciated.
    Our view was straight into a wire fence, that wasnt in the photos when we selected the room. It was hard to contact the hotel to order an airport transfer (several days in advance and multiple times) and we got a taxi in the end which wasnt as easy. The pool is a frenzy of kids. This is very much a family hotel rather than couples - well not for couples who want to use the pool peacefully.

    Size is alright, Location isn't so bad
    Was definitely dirty which made me a bit uncomfortable in the room. It's around a 10-15min walk away from Ao Nang beach though the walk is kind of nice with the night market, and restaurants around

    Great selection. A great 4 star hotel.
    Pool was great; food at restaurant was also great. Best pad Thai ever; although restaurant was too warm and equivalent options at cheaper price outside. Room was great; clean and updated. In general very happy about the hotel. I would definitely return if again in krabi.
