    The staff at the hotel was top shelf, the location was prime and the hotel itself has such a great design and vibe.
    The ambience, look and feel, and the vibe!
    Room could be a little tight at times. Lack of storage for clothing but we made it work!

    Everyone was very nice. I liked the filling station for the water bottles but i wish there was an ice machine on the floor. It was very easy/quick to call the front desk and request ice though. The heated floors were nice. The room was small but that's to be expected in New York City.
    I could not figure out how to use the thermostat at first and was very hot the first night. The comforter was very big and heavy and i nearly fell out of the small bed adjusting the blanket! The shower was nice but i wish there was a door.

    Fantastic, clean and comfortable boutique hotel in central location.
    Fantastic central location. Impressive building, tastefully decorated throughout. Room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Comfy beds, storage and hanging space, safe, hairdryer. Lovely bathroom with power shower, toiletries and plenty of decent fluffy towels. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.
    Breakfast was pricey as did not include hot items, just continental. But, this did not detract from our overall impression.

    For nyc, its a decent value for the hotel. Vintage modern architecture. Friendly staff. And in a good location but quiet. Very clean.
    Room was small even for NYC standards. Bathroom design has no sliding door for shower so water easily fell on the floor.
