Guests had a warm welcome at Clarence Court Hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Room was well-equipped and comfortable despite some areas showing wear. Breakfast options were varied and waitress w (Read More)ent out of her way to help with bus timetables. Hotel had good safety measures, period ambiance, and excellent food in the restaurant. Staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, making it a highly recommended stay near Cheltenham town.

Our room was on the top floor. A bit of a walk after a day at the races. Hotel was a little"tired" nothing worth moaning about though. Bathroom was a little dim. No heating so it steamed up therefore mirror no good. Poor lighting to mirror in bedroom. Other than that it was great

Overall a pleasant stay for one night.
Great location overlooking the park and just a short walk into town, beautiful period property, parking on site.
The breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms are tired and need a good clean - no excuse for cobwebs!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again when staying in Cheltenham
Room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Excellent shower and bath facilities. Complimentary water each day which was a nice touch. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Replenished daily. Food was terrific. Location was perfect for our requirements.
Service at breakfast fell a little short of the standards achieved elsewhere in the hotel but it was only a minor issue that could be easily resolved with a little extra staff training and organisation.

Great place to stay in Cheltenham
Lovely hotel. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Only a few minutes walk into town. Breakfast was great with various hot and cold choices.
Car park is fairly small but we managed to get a space so wasn't a problem.

Quite central only a little walk into Cheltenham & free parking.
Had problems finding somewhere nice to eat in the evening nearby maybe the hotel would have been a good choice but it was a Christmas menu which we didn't want.
We had a relay attack on the car which was parked just outside the bedroom window.. luckily only contents were taken from the boot..No damage at all to the car! Police were very good but unable to do anything as the hotel had no CCTV & we saw no signs of security lights. Which they said they had! The car keys lived in the SS pedal bin the following night...incase of a return trip to take the car....It put a big dampner on our Xmas break weekend & we won't be returning.
