    If I had to stay at a hotel again, it would be this one
    Everything was extremely clean and the staff were very pleasant. Even though it was completely booked, it wasnt loud and you couldnt hear anyone else there. Breakfast was amazing and the waffles were great! We loved having hot coffee and hot apple cider anytime we wanted it. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas. And the location was greatclose enough to everything but far enough from all the gridlock traffic

    Good location close to the International Gift Expo and helpful staff.
    It's very noisy in the rooms close to the highway (I asked to please get a quieter room when booking and was told they couldn't guarantee that). Quite disappointing. There are no vegan options for breakfast. No recycling, use of styrofoam.

    Perfect weekend to come see the lights and we were very impressed
    Location is wonderful, close to everything but not right in the middle of the craziness. Breakfast was wonderful and we truly enjoyed it

    The breakfast was great and the hotel itself was just nice. It is very beautiful to look at. It was my birthday I had the jacuzzi room and it did not disappoint.
    I think the breakfast area is a tight space for a crowd of people but besides that it was a great buffet

    This was a birthday trip for our daughter. We had the best time and will definitely stay here again.
    It was close enough to the attractions, but far enough to be quiet.
    There was nothing that we didnt like.

    OVER ALL THE STAY WAS NICE. IT WAS COZY AND COMFORTABLE.
    WHEN I WENT TO GET WATER FROM THE VENDING MACHINE IT TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT GIVE ME THE WATER. WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK THEY GAVE ME TWO WATERS. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THEM BUT THEY SAID NO. THAT WAS VERY NICE OF THEM
    THE PRESSURE IN THE WATER FOR TAKING A SHOWER WAS LOW

    Everything was great and comfortable
    Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from.
    There is only 1 elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor towards the front of the hotel. Getting our luggage up was difficult. The parking in the back where the elevator is located was limited
