    The Club Wyndham Sea Gardens is highly praised for its spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as its friendly staff and great location. Some guests have mentioned issues with water pressure and hot (Read More)water tank size, but overall, everything else about the resort is exceptional. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are clean, although some have better views than others. The entertainment and calendar of events are impressive, and there is a spa on the grounds. Additionally, there is a nice Tiki bar and a small take-out eatery available for food and drinks.

    Bad experience this time!
    I like the fact that it's on the beach
    I requested a Beachside room and I was told over the phone that the room I requested was the same as the beach side. It wasn't. The 1st lady that checked me in. Her last name was Everett told me they had no rooms located on the beach side. I was told I had to wait an hour after check-in time. So I asked for another room and she claimed she couldn't give it to me. After still waiting finally I was given another room. I was not oaky with the room as I didn't think the location of the room as well as inside the room was worth what I paid. So I paid more to relocated on the beach side, another girl assisted me. I forgot her name she was very sweet. Later in that room I had to relocated again for reason I will not discuss until I contact corporate. The Manager Jerricka I believe, changed my room and gave me some coupons. But that stay was different than any of my stays there. Don't really know if I would stay there again...

    We still had a good time Monte from I guess maintained was very helpful and Sara who was always around the sitting area
    We have been there 6 times and we love this property but this time there was a few things that wasnt right. First I booked through booking. Com and extra holidays which I was told I had to pay in advance and I did . Then when we arrived they were going to charge us because it didnt show that we paid . The girl that helped us was wonderful her name is Tiffani she had the patients of a Saint with dealing with booking . Com. It took forever for her to get someone on the phone and than they put her on hold. It took about a half hour to straighten things out but Tiffani was great she was pleasant and always had a smile on her face and she kept apologizing for taking up our time.

    Ok then after that, I had also from booking . Com requested a ground floor room because I have bad knees. We were on the third floor and the elevator didnt work because through no fault of the facilities we arrived during that tropical storm and there was problems all over with flooding . Than we finally get into our room and its really not what we expected because in the past we had studios and they were much bigger.

    I really recommend this hotel. Nice stuff, great place near the beach. Clean rooms.
    Super nice stuff, great place, rooms very clean and comfortable. Good attention. Facilities are very close to the beach, it has 3 pools and 2 jacuzzies, I recommend this hotel.
    I set my arriving between 6 pm and 7 pm. I could arrive around 7:20 pm. For my surprise the room was not ready yet at that time. I was really tired, I traveled with my family: my wife and two daughters, one of them have special needs, so was very exhausting to wait another hour to get my room.

    Customer service, the overall room and size, rooms need upgraded in the non timeshare holder rooms, some type of coverage in the breezeway in case of rain.
