    Guests were initially skeptical but were impressed with the neat and well-maintained apartment and peaceful location. One guest praised Carlos at the front counter for his amazing customer service an (Read More)d honesty in returning their lost backpack with valuables and cash. Another guest deducted a star due to not seeing the cleaning lady and inconvenience from ongoing renovations but appreciated helpful staff and affordable prices. Overall, guests enjoyed the quiet and fully equipped suite, including a balcony overlooking a canal, and found it comfortable for an extended stay.

    Great family stay. Close to beach.
    Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Buildings set back from A1A- so quiet. Our unit was on the top floor, which was nice for sunset view. Two bathrooms . Comfortable beds. Easy access to nice beach. Good size pool. Absolutely couldn't beat the deal. Great value for a nice, well kept unit. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

    A wonderful vacation
    The stay was just perfect, I have no complains at all. Apartment is spacey, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dryer, washing machine, there is also a balcony. Close proximity to the beach is a big plus(~5min), and the staff is also very nice and helpful.

    I came to play in a softball tournament and the property was only 10-15 minutes from the fields. Saw the sunsets from my balcony.

    The location was great. We had access to a beach that was not crowded even during Spring Break time. I like having laundry facilities in the room. Lots of space!
    The rooms were dated. Our air conditioner broke and it took half a day to get a new room. They did get us a new room though, so they made it right.
