Location

Noise, incessant music. On the morning of departure, there was no water in the room. While checking out, the 'night manager' said he knew the water was turned off, but was going to wait till the first complaint before turning it on !! We flew home without a shower. I also got food poisoning on the 3rd day there

Awesome nature good design. Pool side is good. Near the ocean, just need to across the road first.

Find expensive. Room was normal, basic, nothing fancy for the price we paid. No drinking bottle of water in the room. We are not feeling well, called the room servise and ask for water but nobody brings. They expected to you refills it (filtered tap water) , didn't gave you close bottle of water.

Lovely place

Such a lovely place. We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon. Thank you to the amazing staff, delicious food, great activities and beautiful environment. Great app (Otentik) that navigated us through busy Central Market. We will definitely recommend this place and visit again! The restaurant Taba-J and Kot Nou was excellent and had delicious Mauritian dishes.

I enjoyed my honeymoon stay with my husband. We had a great time.

Overall I liked the interactions with the staffs, especially the chefs & Indian interns. Most were very welcoming and gentle.

Nice stay if you want to experience north of MRU

Nice pool. Very clean room. Cleaning service, luggage service and parking service always offered the best service and a smile. Food was ok for the price. Visited few hotels on MRU and not overall impressed on how they combine cusines and dont offer complimentary choices. It was ok for 3 days. Location is very good if you want to experience north.

Overcomplicated processes eg. you dont get beach towels but you have to make a deposit for them and pick them up (which could be done easily and uncomplicated during check in already) Also in order not to use plastic (which i overall support) - You also have to go pick up bottles that you can fill with water from their fountain. The idea is great, but they can also leave 2 botles upon arrival and tell you where to refill. No free wifi is a huge minus. We are in 2023.

Perfect 3 star

Located couple mins away from grand baie, the Hotel is the perfect 3 star accommodation venue for travellers staying in the north side. Only a few minutes drive away you will discover the major shopping, entertainment and restaurant centres. , You can enjoy the rare beauty of nearby beaches and walkways. The hotel offers FREE WI-FI and the foods, cocktails was amazing with authentic mauritian food. Staff are all very very friendly the go beyond and above.
