    The worst ever!!!!
    Unfortunately after driving over 10 hours from my husbands mothers funeral in MA and arriving after 1 am in the morning I was appalled at our room but we were too exhausted to do anything at that moment. We reserved a bedroom with two queen beds one for my husband and I and the other for our son. The carpet stains were the first thing we noticed and we just kept our shoes on. Our son settled in his bed and my husband in ours and as I was pulling the covers down on my side of the bed I noticed blood and bodily fluid stains on the box spring and mattress on my side!!! My husband was to exhausted to deal with it so I slept in my clothing with a head scarf on my head for 4 hours. We spoke to the manager that early morning and it was not until I showed him the photos of the stains and my husband pointed out the milk was all expired did he seem concerned. The Bates hotel experience was horrendous and if I could give negative stars I would!!!! Avoid this place its sketchy and there is no way the cleaning crew could miss this! I hope they burned that bed!

    Awful hotel stay and this is a warning to look at the facility and rooms before you pay
    This was a horrible experience from check in to 3am. The staff never address the issues going on. I felt like I was at a cock fight. I ask for a handicapped room that did not get, was thrown o n the 3rd level, hotel setup remains u of inside a prison, the swimming pool is in the middle of the whole hotel and everyone that was staying gets access to them in pool and the noise, my room had a connection to the next this was scaring, the sports team that was there w was a different nationality. If everyone open there door we all could see each other at the same time...these team open there doors and sat in a chair and holler to on another in conversation as though there were the only ones in the interest place, the furniture was very old and dirty that I put plastic over it to sit down I miss church service from the noise to 3am. I was there for my uncle funeral, I suggested I get refunded.

    Stayed recently in Comfort Suites in Kentucky with no problems although it may have been newer.
    Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good, room was clean, location was easily accessible to the road.
    Apparently and older hotel that needs some updating, our bathroom ventilation fan didn't work which caused a lot of moisture after bathing and also noted some pink mold on shower nozzle probably due to poor ventilation, fitness room treadmill also was non- functional, the clock radio in room didn't work , just needs a good going over. Probably wouldn't stay at this particular hotel in the future.

    Staff was friendly, bed and pillows were comfortable
    Immediately, upon walking in the automatic doors, you could smell stale smoke. It was obviously a smoking hotel, prior to the new non- smoking, the room smelled musty and like stale smoke as well. The curtains in the room were yucky, there was a hole in the sofa couch cushion. Breakfast was very subpar and coffee was not good.
