It was nice just the breakfast lady wasnt.

it was very comfortable. checked in at 1am and the lady at front desk was very patient and nice.

The breakfast lady WAS SUPER RUDE! Me and my brother were trying to figure out how to use the waffle machine and were confused and she just pointed to the sign then left. Also as I was getting my breakfast she asked is this yours to my plates and I said yes and she said can you move them to a table I was like uhh sure? I wasnt even done putting my breakfast on the plates !! She also was getting mad at some kid for not doing the waffles correctly.

Overall the stay was good and would definitely book there again.

For the price, the suite rooms are a spectacular bargain. You get a room and a living area with full pull out couch for the price of some other standard rooms. We had a problem with our keycard not working on our door several times. But the the guy on night duty went out of his way to get it fixed and in the morning the operations manager compensated us. Even though getting locked out of your hotel room is pretty bad, I was impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff was.

I didn't like that we got locked out of our room. That's the first time that has ever happened to me so I don't know if that's a bad luck problem or this hotel's problemm.
