    Very nice and not too far out of the way to Uber to our event and back!
    Clean and comfortable. Bed was firm but soft to the back. Was able to get a walk in shower when we arrived. Much appreciated!
    One elevator was down which made checking out with all the band kids in town difficult since we needed a bell cart. Things happen, just took us longer to get on the road than hoped for

    1st room window shades inoperative, desk clerk threatened to cancel my reservation because I complained about the room.2nd room had a refrigerator that didn't get cold, reported it to the desk,and got no response. The pool was closed and out of service.The breakfast area had not been cleaned, dirty floor with spots that were there for the 3 days we were there. No 2nd sink in the suite area,usually in other hotel it is provided.

    Great place to stay.
    The room was a good size and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location of the hotel was convenient to all the museums.
    The faucet in sink ran slow and hot water in sink was like warm. Tub/shower was fine.
