The Courtyard by Marriott Waco offers great value for its price, with an excellent location in downtown and near the boardwalk. The only drawbacks are outdated bathrooms and a low-resolution TV, but (Read More)given the area's attractions, this might not be a big issue. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Waco and is conveniently close to the Branding the Brazos sculpture installation. It is also a decent distance from the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, and Magnolia Market. The room was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a recommended stay.

I expected a newer more modern Hotel for the price. Bathroom was old and very outdated with a gold frame cheap picture hanging on the wall by the toilet.
