The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Waco North received positive reviews for its pleasant staff, well-lit parking area, comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, and value for money. The room was nicely designed and adequate, space wise. The area in and around the lobby looked clean and neat.

The rooms need a lot of attention , esthetically speaking. Dirty spots, smudges on walls here and there. Furniture looked as though it came from a 2nd hand store. Sofa was very dirty, didn't even want to sit on it. A few trim items needed repair.

Overall good. But the AC and mattress will cause us to reconsider staying there again.

East of check in process. The tv even had my name on it when we got to our room.

The A/C was crazy loud and had a significant rattle that kept waking us up. Finally just turned it on fan mode so we could sleep. The mattress was also not up to par with our other Fairfield inn stays. It was on the harder side and we could feel the springs.
