Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean room, exceptional food. Amazing swimming pools and the general vibe was amazing, you forget where you are.

The daybeds along the beach were fabulous
The bathrooms were a bit mouldy, daily coffee allowance for rooms was 2 pods had to keep asking for more. Location of the room was not ideal, lots of other patrons would swim in front of our room. Unable to pay cash, no money changer in the hotel. Drinks & foods expensive, $6 for a coke. Couldnt book in for any chapel activities. Not promoting in house activities. Staff did not seem to know much about the hotel.

Pleasant stay
Beautiful beaches and plenty of pools surrounding the buildings. The staff was excellent. It was also close to amenities such as ATM, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. In general, it was clean in general. However, some areas were neglected. The breakfast was the highlight. The staff accommodated all our requests, including the request to stay a few hours after the checkout since our flight was very late.
The room size was too small for three people (we paid for three adults). They advertised twin beds, which were way too small to accommodate three adults. Generally, the rooms were clean. A couple of items in the rooms were broken and needed repairs. All the offers and deals should be given at the time of check-in so that guests can plan their activities accordingly. A quick was offered when I asked, although the photographer made up for it with her amazing skills and generosity with 22 complimentary photos instead of a regular single photo. Overall, it was a decent experience. However, we stayed at Kayon Jungle Resort in Ubud before Conrad, and Kayon set the hospitality benchmark way too high.,

I booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but they accommodated me in a room with 2 single beds. the room was only prepared for 2 people so much so that there were only 2 bath towels. The other day, they added an extra bed compromising the comfort of the room. My reservation was half board and lunch and dinner in the 3 restaurants was impossible without a reservation. If I simply wanted to go to the restaurant at any time, it wouldn't be possible if I didn't have a reservation. I thought this was absurd! The restaurants cannot accommodate the total number of guests.

We liked the pool, the beach, the gym, the view and the beautiful sunrise.
The resort staff were very friendly, welcoming and super kind 10/10

Amazing hotel with a stunning landscape and picturesque views and great staff
This facility is well maintained, very friendly staff the rooms are extremely specious, clean and very well furnished and maintained
The resorts land scape is amazing, with a huge swimming pool, the hotel is very picturesque, though my room was a pool view but it had a good open view on the ocean, with the out door sofa in the terrace, i loved laying down enjoy the magnificent view
The hotel was very generous with us, and allowed a late check out until 4 very easy definitely this will be my only choice when i visit Bali again

It was a very relaxing stay and the clean location really helped.
The pools are beautiful and well kept. The grounds are very clear. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The main restaurant Balinese foods are delicious and not overly pricy. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by.
The entire south facing suites is affected by the air conditioner noise from the hotel next door, all day, you wont have any tranquility outside your room. The beach in front of the hotel is only usable during high tide. Main Pool close too early (7pm)
