    Affordable and when we contacted about our heater not working they promptly got us into a new room that was actually much nicer all the way around
    The heater wasn't working but I understand things happen and can't be controlled. However that same room was in kind of poor condition and due for a remodel. Things were broken and stained. But the newroom they moved is into was very nice, clean, and freshly painted and such. Be forewarned that the room for 2 only has one cheap rolling office chair. No real seats to relax. So will be relaxing only on the bed. But it was a good value and don't expect much more for the value

    Great Place to Stay!
    Room was clean! I love the hardwood floors. It was and felt a lot clearer than carpet. Convenient location. The staff was friendly. The iron in my room didn't work. I was ironing clothes for a wedding. Notified the office, and within 5 mins, I had a new iron.
    Wish the bathroom door was not so close to the toilet. Wish there were more outlet access for charging multiple items.

    Clean and had a hot tub. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Allows pets.
    Rooms are a little small and pricey, but thats Santa Cruz.

    Expensive, 320$/3pers/night. Noisy location, but understandlable in a city.
