    Beautiful resort in a beautiful location.
    Beautiful location and property. The on-site spa, while expensive, was great. The restaurants had great food. The staff were all very nice and helpful. You could rent paddle boards and kayaks which we used quite a bit. They had a security person checking everyone that drove in as well.
    Only complaint was that some items seemed a little overpriced, particularly some of the food and drinks.

    Pool area ok but music from pool bar way too loud and intrusive
    Food was mediocre, limited selection and disappointing. Rooms dated, corridors noisy and balcony too tiny to be used. Nonsense to suggest they would impose a $100 fine if you brought a cooler.

    The sea view was magnificent and a very quiet area
    The hotel was being renovated at least the lobby, on their web page it mentioned nothing about it, also I checked if they had the restaurants open, and only one was opened, people at the front desk were not even aware of it. Some staff at the restaurant were really efficient ,apparently they worked at the main one which was closed, others were very relaxed, and when you have to work you appreciate a faster service. I called in advance to have breakfast ready,told them when I was getting there, so I would have enough time, that was pointless, still had to wait 30 minutes. The second day I ordered the breakfast in advance,when I went to dinner I already requested the breakfast,when I came to have breakfast the kitchen staff was not even informed and I had to wait again around 45 minutes . And the food prices were too high, around 30$ or more for a breakfast. When doing the checkout, I was told I would get the bill in my email,and I emailed them twice and am still waiting for the bill. During my second night, there were a lot of mosquitos (zancudos) in the room I asked for help and what they did was to come to the roam and sprayed raid max and I had to sleep with that smell. The fan at the room was too loud it didn't let me sleep and when turning it off it was too hot.

    Nice but boring location,if you dont have a car. Stay in a boutique hotel,itll be way more exciting
    The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but extremely expensive for what you get. Rooms are very outdated for what you pay
    There was construction on the lobby and their only nice restaurant was closed during our stay. They never disclosed this information and still charged full price. Its not worth it, in my opinion. For the same price or even less, I would recommend people other hotels that have wat more to do around them and the same level of service, if not better. Im a local, so I definitely know a place or two that wouldve been better.
