Pleasant

The fold out couch bed was very old and unbearable to sleep on. Honestly, everything else was excellent but no one could have slept on that couch bed and not be hurting the next day.

Superb

Location was great, close walking to alot of attractions and restaurants. Also located next to the free shuttle. Bed was nice and comfortable, as well as the round couch/chair. Staff was super friendly.

I don't really have anything negative to say about our stay. The only downfall to visiting Chattanooga is that none of the hotels in downtown have their own parking lot, so expect to pay extra fees for a parking garage.

Great Stay

The front desk staff was great very helpful and explained everything in detail about parking and how to get back to the hotel. It was a wonderful and very pleasant stay. Will stay there again. Thank you

Room was not serviced on the second day. Had to go get coffee and creamer for the second morning. Other than that all great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was well situated for our activities.

The pool was quite small for the number of guests wanting to utilize it, and it wouldve been nice if the property had a jacuzzi as an amenity as well. We also wouldve liked to have seen room service and/or expanded restaurant hours.

We loved the location need to maintain the courtyard furniture.

I liked the location and the room was nice and fairly up to date.

I had to ask for washcloths each day. We had two adults and 2 children and did not have enough washcloths to shower with daily. We called room services to ask for more washcloths and they never brought them. Also, there were no cushions on the courtyard patio furniture, so we could not really enjoy it. You would think that by having the name courtyard they would pay special attention to how they keep it up.
