    This hotel is a keeper!!!
    All the staff we encountered were super friendly, professional and helpful. Cleanest hotel I have stayed at, in along time. Breakfast great asst. Of items. Oh and the bed super comfortable. Will stay here again.

    Great location for accessing the city! Comfortable bed! Nice hotel service staff!just wish they spoke English!Clean and comfortable!
    Parking was okay, just wish it was a little easier to access.

    No bar soap. Only shower gel in shower. Room was $307 then hit with $18 for parking and there were no spaces left when we returned to hotel after dinner

    Enjoyed location and bed was comfortable after I changed the sheets on both beds
    The front desk was nice. The location was great. Breakfast was good.
    The sheets had blood stains on them. I called desk they were going to send somebody up to change sheets. No one came. We talked to them at front desk on our way to supper. And they said it would be corrected while we were out. Someone brought sheets up and put them in chair. I took soiled sheets off of bed and took them down to front desk and showed them. They were disgusted also and got a towel to take them from me! I was very disappointed, disgusted and very tired after a very busy vacation day of hiking at fall creek falls and walking around Chattanooga. I asked for more sheets to change other bed because I didnt know if they were dirty. NOT something you want to do after a long day! And paying a hotel for their services.
