Excellent stay in Memphis
The facility was super clean and quiet. You are surrounded by several great restaurants. Very convenient location. Room was very nice and there was great staff for check in.

For the price it wasn't bad. No breakfast.
The staff was kind and helpful. The bed was confortable.
I was on the ground floor which had a slider door. I would probably pick a second floor next time for security. There was no breakfast. Just some over priced bagels. No free coffee. That is ridiculous.

The water pressure was good. There was a fridge.
The checkin staff was horrid - FaceTiming the entire time (I saw the people when she put her phone on the counter) was snappy at me because I was interrupting her call. The walls are thin, the bedding was a joke, mattresses so hard. The bathroom echos like crazy and because of the shower design the floor is a swimming pool. Water damage above the sinks, no mirror with a chair (bathroom only) and not even a hair dryer. The AC was RIDICULOUSLY loud.
Also this is within yelling distance of the hospital.

Everything. The staff was rude, it's in the hood the bed felt like a rock the water pressure is trash. The room had a weird wet feeling to it. The cost to stay for 1 night was to expensive for the crappy experience.
