Overall was a good experience and will recommend this hotel to others

Rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The availability of amenities was also great, I didn't feel like I was missing anything during my stay. The reception girl was incredibly efficient and friendly, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the pool table in the lobby was quite dirty and in desperate need of maintenance. Additionally, I found the breakfast offering to be subpar and think there's room for improvement in that area. Despite these issues, the overall stay was decent.

We were charged double day rate for a week, and unfortunately, we did not receive a receipt on checkout due to their printer malfunction... or any documentation of the charges by email. The hotel just proceeded to withdraw the extra amount from our credit card, and despite our attempts to communicate and request a refund for the double charge, we received no response. One mouth has passed and still not a single attempt from them to reply. Regrettably, this hotel lacks effective communication skills and has not been responsive to our emails or inquiries. We've tried to contact Booking.com and that was also a was of time, where we just got asked to fill in a form that lead nowhere.

Very good

Very comfortable and welcoming.

The staff were very helpful, the room was warm and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious. We had a great evening in the bar area, lots of people having a Christmas party. The gym was very welcome also.

Useful location for visiting family but not very special hotel.

We had to change room after we had settled as the shower head was not working which was very disruptive. The staff were helpful.

We did not like the exposure in the bathroom as we prefer to be private when undressed. If we stay there again then we would request a room with a more private bathroom.

Breakfast quality and range. The gin and tonic at the bar was with way too much tonic and for the price would expect a quality bottle of tonic not post mix.

I asked the receptionist if this hotel was being used by asylum seekers she could not answer !!

The room was okay. Breakfast an extra which was not included in the price was good.

This hotel is being used to house asylum seekers. Lounge area grubby, Stained lounge furniture, with cushions thrown on looking like somebody has slept on them. Carpets stained !!!!! Not what you expect from a Marriott Hotel. How sad !!
