    The front desk staff at Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Midtown are friendly and knowledgeable, easily handling any issues with efficiency and a smile. The bistro bar is highly recommended for its g (Read More)reat food and drinks. The staff overall are amazing, but the downside is the additional fee of $20 for parking at the motel.

    Enjoyed our stay cause it was close to the hospital and it was a decent room.
    Good size room with a big bathroom. Staff at check in was nice.
    We had one day that housekeeping did not clean our room so we had to go downstairs to get supplies cause we came back to the room pretty late. The next day our bed was made but not very neatly. Also they did not provide that small containers of shampoo and body lotion. Also, in the early morning we could hear heavy footsteps above our room. Not sure if it was housekeeping or tourists. Hard to sleep when you hear all that pounding of footsteps.

    Very thin walls between room
    The staffs were friendly and helpful.
    The walls between the room were very thin. Could hear loud talking from the room next door at 2:30am. It was absolutely overpriced for the room and facilities.

    Nice hotel- some of incidentals, airconditiong, bathroom fan, soap are making me question if I should stay there again ?
    It was located in the general area of Sacramento I was visiting. Rooms were adequate and reasonably quiet. Cable TV was good. Beds were good.
    Air conditioning was noisy and either on or off- didnt keep room at desired temperature. On- get too cold- would get too warm- did this automatically and very noisily. Bathroom fan very inadequate- room really steamed up after 1-2 minutes of shower. Could not get house keeping to leave soap. One bar for 2 people for 3 days. I had the same problem with soap the last time I stayed there in May 2023. It cant be a coincidence.

    The pool is not heated as we were told the website offers a complimentary breakfast, the stuff offered for the complementary breakfast, paid extra for it never got it room was dirty TV did not come in and overprice parking
