24 hr coffee available, buffet was okay, I think maybe just a little more variety, but good overall

coffee in the lobby could of been fresher, front desk person could of spoken english a little better, but he was very nice

It was a bit noisy the first couple of days - other people constantly going in the corridor to speak on their phones, there was a woman doing her yoga at 4 a.m etc.

Might stay here again.

Lobby was clean. Room was clean as well. Was a security guard at night and you need your room key to access the lobby.

We only had 3 pillows on the bed and there were no extras. We could have asked for another one but didn't, just odd that there were only 3 on a queen bed. Parking is limited, when we returned from event around 11:30pm there was only 1 spot left. Not much within walking distance and the area isn't the greatest.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was perfect for my needs. Easy to find also. Nice lobby and helpful staff.

there was some weird interaction with a guest at the hotel and a person who drove up in the parking lot. Not sure the hotel can control that.

Our stay was Phenomenal!!

There was some issue that came up with my original booking but This hotel and manager took Superb care of me & my daughter. We were booked at a sister hotel. The Centric Hyatt!! We were given a complimentary stay, breakfast & valet. We were treated nothing less but Wonderful

We made it through.

The staff was amazing and the room was very nice.

extremely noisy. Our fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and the room is by an outside door and stairs. Every time anyone opened it and it would slam closed the room would literally shake. ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!

Clean and comfortable stay

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Good location. Very quiet.

The breakfast could have been better. The bread was stale, the waffle mix dispenser was broken. Although the staff attended well to us, there just could've been more options. Some other locations have had better selections.
