bed was horrible but the rest was great
breakfast was great...great service, hotel staff great. parking garage attendant was very rude and almost didnt let us park to make sure room for game holders to park. This will stop of from staying here again. If we stay at hotel we should have zero issues parking in garage.

Good place to stay after a kings game
Very friendly bartenders and servers at hotel bar. Staff was helpful. Comfy pillows and bed. Good coffee in the room. Big refrigerator in the room. Incredible location.
The same door that was out of order over a month ago was still out of order, making it a longer walk, in the rain, to enter the hotel. Of the 3 entrance doors, only one worked. Carpet was torn and patched and coming up from the floor. Poor water pressure in shower

I liked how close it was to golden 1.
Room was small, no fridge, no microwave. Housekeeper barged in at 9 am without warning. I was told there was breakfast, but there wasnt. Bed was a full-size, not a queen, my husband barely fit.

Another great stay at our favorite hotel in Sac
The assistant manager GiGi was so extremely helpful. I forgot my card and she worked with me and my trip wasn't ruined. The whole staff, almost, was so great and helpful. Also the lady working the breakfast remembering us from last year was awesome. Feels like home.
